| Susan Morgan (Term Expires 2011)

| Susan Morgan holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Systems from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Education from Marshall University. Currently, Ms. Morgan works as a Community Development Specialist for the Washington County Redevelopment Authority managing community development projects within the County. |
| Josh Dunkle (Term Expires 2012)

| Josh Dunkle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from Slippery Rock University. He currently works at Pennsylvania American Water as a Lab Analyst. He also serves as a committee member for RAIN (River Alert Information Network), a regional Source Water Protection (SWP) program that has implemented a continuous on-line river monitoring system to better ensure the protection of public health and drinking water across Southwestern Pennsylvania. |
| Carrilee Hemington (Term Expires 2010)

| Carrilee L. Hemington is a consultant in urban and regional planning related to community planning, land use and development regulations and land development. Ms. Hemington is a certified instructor in the PMPEI courses in Zoning, Zoning Administration, Community Planning, and subdivision Review. Ms. Hemington also has experience as a land developer. She holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. |

| Joan Jessen holds a B. S. in Chemistry degree from Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia, worked as a chemist for several years. She is a volunteer monitor for ChCWA, treasurer of the Washington County Watershed Alliance, and editor of ChCWA and Alliance newsletters. Other volunteer experience: Project Manager for the Upper Chartiers Creek River Conservation Plan, several terms on the Peters Township and Washington County Planning Commissions, PR and video editing work with League of Women Voters of Washington County. |

| Dr. Thomas W. Hart holds a doctorate and masters degree in Botany from Miami University in Ohio and a bachelors degree in education from the Ohio State University. Dr. Hart was an Instructor of Botany at Miami University for four years and is retired after twenty eight years in the Biology Dept. at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA. A few of the relevant courses he taught were General Botany and Biology, Biology of Running Waters, and Field Biology. |

| Virginia McAnulty holds a BS degree from Penn State University in Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology. She grew up on a family farm along the Monongahela River in Washington County and has a long standing interest in environmental issues. She is currently a resident of North Strabane Township. |

| Sheila Burcin is Co-Chairperson Washington County Children’s Groundwater Festival and Secretary, Washington County Watershed Alliance. She was formerly Director of Penn State Cooperative Extension in Washington County. |
| Barbara Rosensteel (Term Expires 2012)

| Barbara Rosensteel holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. She is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist. Her primary work has been in wetlands ecology, water quality, and botanical studies for private-sector consulting firms and as a contractor in the Environmental Sciences Division of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Natural Heritage Program of the Tennessee Valley Authority. She has a long-standing interest in the protection and ecological restoration of streams, wetlands, and the natural systems in watersheds. |
